Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account, book a service, offer services, or otherwise use NaMatch. Last updated 9 August 2026.
Platform role
NaMatch helps customers and independent service providers find and manage home-service bookings. The details, price, schedule, and status shown in an accepted booking form the service arrangement recorded by the platform.
Worker responsibilities
Workers must keep their profile, availability, qualifications, and contact details accurate; act professionally and safely; follow the agreed scope of work; and comply with applicable laws and safeguarding requirements.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate booking and access information, maintain a safe working environment, treat workers respectfully, and pay charges displayed and confirmed during booking.
Payments, cancellations, and disputes
Payments, cancellations, refunds, and worker payouts follow the terms displayed during the relevant booking. Users should raise payment or service concerns promptly through the booking or support flow so NaMatch can review the available records.
Safety and prohibited conduct
Fraud, harassment, discrimination, threats, illegal activity, unsafe requests, misuse of another person's identity, and attempts to bypass platform safeguards are prohibited and may lead to restriction or removal.
Suspension and termination
NaMatch may restrict or close accounts to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, meet legal obligations, or enforce these terms. Users may request account deletion from Settings, subject to legally required record retention.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be communicated through the platform or the email associated with your account.
